Cancellation Policy
Booking & Studio Policy (Online Payment Required) Online Payment • All bookings must be paid in full upfront online to secure your date and time. • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed. Studio (Peerspace) Rental • Your package price includes the Peerspace studio rental. • To keep pricing consistent, Syndicate Integrated will only book studios priced at $100/hour or less. • Clients will not be charged additional studio fees. Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule one (1) time with at least 72 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible and payment will be forfeited. • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds • Because studio time and production time are reserved in advance, all payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Overtime • Overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks and must be paid before extended time begins. • Overtime is subject to studio availability. Agreement By booking and submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms.
